Content repurposing engine

One video in. A week of content out.

You already recorded the hard part. Video Repurpose mines that one recording for every format it can honestly support — clips, articles, threads, posts, carousels — and hands them back on a single review page.

The deliverable

One page, every draft

Not a folder of text files. A tabbed review page where each draft has a copy button and every clip plays inline, so you can approve or kill each one in a single pass.

  • Clips cut as real video files
  • Copy button on every draft
  • Timestamps back to the source
  • Caveats listed before the drafts

What comes back

Every item is written from the transcript of your video — never from its title, and never from outside research.

Short form

Clips

Cut as actual video files, each with an on-screen hook, a rewritten cold-open script, caption and per-platform notes.

Long form

SEO blog post

Written for someone who never watched the video, using the specifics the video actually shows.

Social

X thread

Numbered for posting order. The first post works alone — no thread bait.

Social

LinkedIn post

Plus the comment-gated lead magnet it drives to — a real checklist, not a teaser.

Visual

Carousels

One headline and one idea per slide. Slide one is the hook; the last slide is the action.

Owned audience

Community guide

The version for your own people — blunt about what didn't work, which is the part that earns trust.

How it works

You hand over a link. Everything else runs on its own.

1

Queue a video

Paste links into one file whenever you think of them. Nothing else required.

2

It reads the whole thing

Full transcript, timestamped. Captions when they exist, clean transcription when they don't.

3

Drafts and clips

Every format written and every clip cut, then checked against the rules below.

4

One link back

A review page you read once and act on. Approve, edit, or throw it out.

The quality gate

Most repurposing output reads like it was written by a machine that never watched the video — because it was. Every package here is checked automatically before you ever see it, and the checks either pass or the package doesn't ship.

Banned-phrase sweep across every draftMust be zero

There is a rule behind all of it: if a draft would still make sense after deleting the transcript, it isn't about your video, and it gets rewritten. No invented statistics, prices, dates or names — if your video didn't say it, it isn't in the draft.

When a video is too short to fill the whole package honestly, you get a smaller package and a note explaining why, rather than padding.

What it will not do

Worth being explicit about, because these are the two things people assume and then get burned by.

Free while in development

This engine is being built in the open. It costs nothing to use right now, and the review page tells you exactly what it did and what it wasn't sure about.
